This home is located in the exclusive Faro escondido community, just 10 minutes through the Los Suenos resort and Marina, there’s a private guarded entrance that opens to a gorgeous jungle lined road though a very private and exclusive community founded by Costarican Families in it’s origin and meant to be a haven, enjoying comunal areas as well as a private beach accesible only to owners (featuring a secret surf break!). Being so close to Los Suenos its just a 7 minute drive from the home to both La Iguana golf course and the Restaurants within the resort. Make the 15-20 minute drive to the town of Jaco to try out local restaurants and bars, or enjoy a drive to Playa Hermosa for sunbathing or great surfing at one of the country’s best breaks.

Relax in the private pool on the property overlooking the Pacific Coastline, an infinity style pool nestled into the house overlooking lush fauna, trees and the ocean. There’s a deck with lounge chairs and plenty of seating with a perfect BBQ area.
